Fitness Park 
The Fitness Park is located behind the Pavilion and is an outdoor area with low impact, hydraulic equipment providing resistance suitable for every age and fitness level.  You will also find pull up, parallel and monkey bars for those who want to add calisthenics to their workout. 

Playgrounds 
Children of all ages can enjoy either the Tot Lot with swings, slides and equipment fit for a toddler or the playground in the Fitness Park featuring areas for older children to run, climb or swing.  The Tot Lot is located on the Southeast side of Lake 1. 


Facility Reservations
The Pavilion and/or the Pavilion Pool may be reserved for parties on a first come, first serve basis.  Safety First is our approach and to ensure compliance, strict guidelines have been put in place.  Advance reservations require at least 4 weeks and a certified lifeguard must be hired if any children will be in the pool.  The above document provides the guidelines for using the pool.

Trident Aquatics is the approved vendor for certified lifeguards for hire.  Residents must contact Trident Aquatics directly to schedule lifeguards and arrange payments.

The Pavilion
The Pavilion is located next to the pavilion pool on Allegro Drive and is an open-air, roofed, wooden facility. It is lighted and has ceiling fans. Benches are located along the two sides. A barbecue grill is at the back as well as a cleared recreational area. Restrooms are located at the Pavilion pool. The Pavilion may be reserved for parties by WWL residents only.

​​​The Pavilion Pool
The Pavilion Pool is located on 7523 Allegro Dr. at Adagio Ave.  This pool has no lifeguards and is a "swim at your own risk" pool. No one under the age of twenty-one are permitted here except at private parties.  Current pool tags are required for admission to the pool. ​Pool Opens May 1 and closes September 30, Open from 6am until 10pm. Pool is closed from October through April.

Lakes and Walking Trails


Woodwind Lakes has the following facilities and amenities available for residents:

Lakes and Walking/Jogging Trails


The community has three beautiful lakes with trees and benches around them. These also have fountains and waterfalls and are stocked with fish, with a "Catch and Release" policy being the rule. Several varieties of ducks and turtles also call our lakes home. Each lake has a walking/jogging trail with distances as follows:

  • Lake 1 - (.48 miles) is located in the community of Section 1 with 150 homes
  • Lake 2 - (.78 miles) is located in the community of Section 2 (132 homes) & Section 3 (166 homes)
  • Lake 3 - (.38 miles) is located in the gated community of Section 4 with 182 homes


The distance between Lakes 1 & 2 is 770 feet. The distance between Lakes 1 & 3 is 745 feet.

The Family Pool
The Family Pool is located on 9015 Woodwind Lakes Drive at Ensemble Dr. A yearly seasonal sticker is sent to residents to be placed on their pool tags.  Current pool tags are required for admission.

The Tennis Courts
Two gated regulation tennis courts are located at the Pavilion on Allegro Drive.  The controlled access facility features viewing bleachers, wind shielding and timer controlled lighting.  No reservation is required, but you will need to obtain an entrance key from the association.  There is ample lighted parking adjacent to the tennis facility. Please click here for the pool/tennis court access form. Dog Park Etiquette
A welcomed addition by all Woodwind Lakes dog lovers, the dog park is located in the green space behind the tennis courts and pavilion.  Dogs of all sizes can run, fetch and play off leash in this large, fenced in environment. Please keep your dog within the fenced area. The remainder of the area is a park for children and other residents.  IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT THAT EVERYONE CLEAN UP AFTER THEIR DOG. NO ONE WANTS TO STEP IN DOG POOP. BE COURTEOUS AND CONSIDERATE OF OTHER RESIDENTS.​
