Woodwind Lakes has the following facilities and amenities available for residents:


​ Lakes and Walking/Jogging Trails
The community has three beautiful lakes with trees and benches around them. Our lakes also have fountains and waterfalls and are stocked with fish, with a "Catch and Release" policy being the rule. Several varieties of ducks and turtles also call our lakes home. Each lake has a walking/jogging trail with distances as follows:

· Lake 1 - (.48 miles) is located in the community of Section 1 (150 homes).
· Lake 2 - (.78 miles) is located in the community of Section 2 (132 homes) & Section 3 (166 homes).
· Lake 3 - (.38 miles) is located in the gated community of Section 4 (182 homes).

The distance between Lakes 1 & 2 is 770 feet. The distance between Lakes 1 & 3 is 745 feet. Hours: 5am-10pm

Pools

​The Family Pool is located on 9015 Woodwind Lakes Drive at Ensemble Drive.

  • Private rental of pavilion pool is on a “First come, first serve” basis for residents.
  • Location of the nearest emergency phone or device is in the hallway on the left as you enter the pool area.
  • Maximum user load is 105.


The Pavilion Pool is located on 7523 Allegro Drive at Adagio Avenue.

  •  Location of the nearest emergency phone or device is on the side fence adjacent to the pool.
  • Maximum user load is 40.


​​Current amenity access cards are required for admission to pools. To obtain access card, click here to contact the property manager.

Pools will have no lifeguards and are "swim at your own risk".

Pools are open year-round, 7 days a week from 5:00am to 8:00pm.


NOTE: The following rules and regulations differ from those for the Pavilion Pool Rental. See Pavilion Pool Rental Form for associated rules and regulations.

Please follow the rules and regulations listed below to ensure the safety and comfort of all residents and their guests. Pool management and staff have been authorized to enforce these rules and regulations and to make on-the-spot decisions with regards to the safe and sanitary operation of the pools. The pool manager or designee may and will suspend pool privileges to any member and/or guest for violations of these rules and regulations.


  1. No trespassing. For WWL residents and guests only.
  2. Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years of age.
  3. No diving, flipping or jumping backwards into pool.
  4. No running, dunking, pushing, shoving or any other forms of horseplay is allowed.
  5. No skateboards, roller blades/skates, or bikes are allowed in the pool area.
  6. Pets are prohibited except for pre-approved service or support animals.
  7. Do not enter the pool area if you have a communicable disease or open cut.
  8. Non-toilet trained children are required to wear swim diapers.
  9. Diaper changing on the pool deck is prohibited.
  10. Alcoholic beverages are allowed but glass or breakable items are prohibited.
  11. Food is prohibited within four (4) feet of the pool.
  12. Smoking is prohibited inside the facility.
  13. Proper swim attire is required. Cutoffs are not allowed.
  14. Public decency and respect for fellow swimmers is required. Loud music, foul or abusive language or public displays of affection will not be permitted.
  15. Everyone is responsible for placing their trash in the provided trash receptacles.

Fitness Park 
The Fitness Park is located behind the Pavilion and is an outdoor area with low impact, hydraulic equipment providing resistance suitable for every age and fitness level.  You will also find pull up, parallel and monkey bars for those who want to add calisthenics to their workout. 

​Playgrounds 
Children of all ages can enjoy either the Tot Lot with swings, slides and equipment fit for a toddler or the playground in the Fitness Park featuring areas for older children to run, climb or swing.  The Tot Lot is located on the Southeast side of Lake 1.

The Tennis Courts
Two gated regulation tennis courts are located at the Pavilion on Allegro Drive.  The controlled access facility features viewing bleachers, wind shielding and timer controlled lighting.  No reservation is required, but you will need to obtain an entrance key from the association.  There is ample lighted parking adjacent to the tennis facility. Please click here for the pool/tennis court access form. Dog Park Etiquette
A welcomed addition by all Woodwind Lakes dog lovers, the dog park is located in the green space behind the tennis courts and pavilion.  Dogs of all sizes can run, fetch and play off-leash in this large, fenced-in environment. Please keep your dog within the fenced area. The remainder of the area is a park for children and other residents.  IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT THAT EVERYONE CLEAN UP AFTER THEIR DOG. NO ONE WANTS TO STEP IN DOG POOP. BE COURTEOUS AND CONSIDERATE OF OTHER RESIDENTS.​​​

Amenities

​​The Pavilion
The Pavilion is located next to the pavilion pool at 7523 Allegro Drive. It is an open-air, roofed, wooden facility with lighting and ceiling fans. Benches are located along the two sides. A barbecue grill is at the back as well as a cleared recreational area. Restrooms are located at the Pavilion pool. The Pavilion may be reserved for parties, on a first come, first serve basis, by WWL residents only. Safety First is our approach and to ensure compliance, strict guidelines have been put in place.
